AI Solutions Engineer

About the role

You’ll architect and ship AI features — from chatbots and content engines to agentic workflows — that give our clients a genuine edge. We’re AI-native, and you’ll help lead the charge.

What you’ll do

• Design and build LLM-powered features and agent workflows.
• Integrate models (Claude, Gemini, open-source) into products.
• Own evaluation, prompt design, safety and reliability.
• Partner with clients to scope feasible, high-ROI AI solutions.

What you bring

• 4+ years software engineering, strong Python.
• Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs.
• Solid grasp of retrieval, evaluation and prompt engineering.
• Pragmatic, product-minded and security-aware.
