Cookie Policy

What are cookies? Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work more efficiently and to provide information to the site owners.

We use cookies and similar technologies (SDKs, pixels, local storage) for essential functionality (security and authentication), analytics & performance (understanding how visitors interact), advertising (campaign effectiveness) and functionality (remembering your choices). Advertising and analytics load only with your consent. Cookies are grouped into the categories below — change your choice anytime:

California residents can use “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” in the footer or the preferences panel.

Your choices. Beyond the controls above, most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; methods vary by browser — see your browser’s help documentation. Please note that blocking all cookies may negatively affect the usability of many websites, including ours.

Data Protection

Our commitment. LOOM is dedicated to the principles of data protection by design and by default. We integrate digital marketing data protection into all of our processes.

Controller & Processor. LOOM acts as a data controller for the personal data we collect from website visitors and for our own business and marketing purposes. When providing services to clients — e.g., managing their customer lists or handling data on their website — LOOM acts as a data processor, processing data only on the documented instructions of our client (the controller).

Data Processing Agreement (DPA). For clients subject to the GDPR, we provide a DPA that contractually obligates us to handle data in compliance with GDPR — covering data security, confidentiality and assistance with data subject rights requests.

FTC Standards

Truthful advertising. As a responsible advertising agency, LOOM is committed to the FTC’s principle that advertising must be truthful, not misleading and substantiated. All claims made in the advertising we create are backed by competent and reliable evidence.

Endorsements & testimonials. We strictly adhere to the FTC’s Endorsement Guides. Any material connection between an endorser (e.g., an influencer) and our clients is clearly and conspicuously disclosed in any content we manage or produce. We ensure social media marketing transparency and require all partners to comply with these disclosure requirements.
