About the role

You’ll be the calm, trusted voice clients rely on — orchestrating delivery, anticipating needs, and turning great work into long-term partnerships.

What you’ll do

• Own client relationships from onboarding to renewal.
• Coordinate delivery across design, dev and marketing.
• Keep projects on scope, on time and on budget.
• Spot growth opportunities and nurture accounts.

What you bring

• 5+ years in account / client success, ideally at an agency.
• Exceptional communication and organisation.
• Calm under pressure, proactive by default.
• Comfortable reading a creative and a spreadsheet.
